In compliance with the provisions of article 32 of the LFPDPPP, the Data Controller shall communicate the response to the request to the data subject within a maximum period of 20 days by the same electronic means (this period runs from the day of receipt of the email). This period may be extended for an additional 20 days, provided that the circumstances of the case justify it, and the data subject shall be notified of this situation in terms of the provisions of article 97 of the Regulations of the Law. 4.
